Any personal data provided to or collected by welovedaily is controlled by welovedaily based in The Netherlands, Rotterdam. This Privacy Notice applies to personal data collected by welovedaily in connection with the services and products we offer.
Personal data means any information that can be used to identify directly or indirectly a specific individual. You are not required to product welovedaily the personal data that we request, but if you choose not to do so, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services, or with a high quality of service respond to any queries you may have. Next to that welovedaily is then also unable to give the full credits to the maker of featured work on welovedaily or one of the Instagram accounts.
2.1 Full name. If you are submitting work we collect your full name in order to give you the full credits to the work you’ve submitted. If you get featured we will also use your full name from the source we’ve found it. If this is not to your liking please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org with the link to the project we’ve featured. We will then take direct action in order to change the full name in the project.
2.2 Instagram handle. If you are submitting work we collect your Instagram handle in order to give you the full credits to the work and give you more exposure on Instagram. If you get featured we will also use your Instagram handle found from the source. If this is not to your liking please contact us through email@example.com with the link to the project we’ve featured. We will then take direct actions in order to change the Instagram handle in the project.
2.3 E-mail adres. If you are submitting work we collect your e-mail adres in order to get in touch with you if you are getting featured on welovedaily.
The main purpose of the data we collect is to give the full credits to the maker of an image on welovedaily or one of our Instagram channels. On Instagram findable through: @welovewebdesign, @welovebranding, @weloveillustration, @weloveanimations. Next to that we also use the data in order to get in touch with you if we need more information about a project or others things that have to do with a feature or a submission on welovedaily.
Your full name and Instagram handle will be shared with the community on Instagram and on our website. Your e-mail adres will be only used within the company and none other than us at welovedaily will have acces to the e-mail adres you’ve shared to us.
Your right in relation to your personal data and how it’s processed. You can exercise these rights at any point. We have provided an overview of these rights below with what this entails for you. You can exercise your right by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
